Shipping updates

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic upon the domestic and worldwide supply chain, some product orders placed with Aquacarts are currently backordered.  Every effort is being made to process and expedite orders.  However, the supply chain is strained at this time.

Upon receipt of your order, we’re checking the current status of raw materials and you may receive a call from our staff offering you an alternate option, if we have one readily available without delay.

We appreciate your patience during these crazy times, and we are grateful for your business.  Please note, if you place an order online then decide to cancel for any reason, a 4% processing fee will be charged since we cannot recoup those charges from the credit card processor.
