Exceeded My Expectations ...

Rob took my order over the phone, got my order out the same day, and I had my two Action Premium carts three days ahead of schedule. There carts are awesome. I bought my carts with soft rubber wheels, but I was told that shops with heavy use should probably stick with the hard rubber for longevity.

Aquacart Action Plus Premium

The customer service at Aquacart was fantastic. From initial ordering to updates on delivery the service representative was knowledgeable and professional. I wanted (4) locking casters but the website would only allow (2) locking casters per cart. The service representative quickly changed the website parameters for the casters which allowed me to order the (4) casters per cart. I purchased (4) of the Aquacart Action Plus Premium. Assembling them was straightforward and took me by myself less than (3) hours for the (4) carts. The main reason I purchased the Aquacart Action Plus Premium was the ability to adjust the bunk height. I have two different models of PWC that I needed to use these with and with being able to adjust the bunk height was extremely helpful in getting the PWC from the trailer onto the carts. The carts are sturdy and roll easily even with my 900lbs. PWC. Thank you Aquacart!
